Setting Default Views in PPT ...MAC to Win conversion?
I design infographics and slides in MAC OS environment for clients in Windows OS. The default view setting was normal - I sent her the files and at her end the default view is "NOTES."
I forwarded her microsoft instructions How to change Default view - PowerPoint Options Button. She said she has followed the instructions but is still in "NOTES VIEW" as the default. Is this possible? Is there something strange about MAC to Windows conversion? Or should I go to her office and show her how to change the Default View? Thanks for any suggestions ... |

Did she click "OK" after changing the setting?
Did she close and reopen the file?? |

GoodPoint
I never asked. I just assumed she did.
The changes don't occur unless is "okay'd" and save and reopened. I'll check with her. Thanks unless you have any other suggestions. Her problem stumps me. Cheers, |
