Cool Save group of objects as picture - crops off image

More and more frequently I encounter an incredibly irritating problem with the "save as picture" command - that only saves parts of the image I have in PPT. I've tried everything from grouping, saving as different formats, but PPT insists on cropping a part of the total image off, only displaying parts of it after it's saved. There is no way to "uncrop" the image afterwards either.
Most notably this happens when a group of objects such as several shapes with textboxes want to be saved as one whole image. IT experts at my company could not even resolve this.

I have a circular business model that I need to save as image to resize it - and I only get three quarters of it displayed.
HELP - ANYONE have a solution for this??

Many thanks!!!

never seen that happen. Any chance you could post a slide with the shapes to be saved?
You could also try Copy then paste special as PNG

Smile Save group of objects as picture - crops off image

Oh my god THANK YOU - the copy and paste special png worked!!! The only thing that has worked so far! I've noticed that this issue only appears when trying to save large objects or objects saved in a large scale presentation (such as 112 x 89.5 cm document size). Of course the resolution of the PPT models is much higher and therefore I wanted to save them as pictures in a larger format. Brilliant tip - thanks to the paste special it works - after you can save it as a picture without having the cropping appear.

Thanks a mil!

Smile Save groups of objects...

I have had that same problem and it drives me nuts. I finally tried putting only what I wanted on the image and then chose "Select All" - and then right mouse clicking on the image and choosing "Save as picture" and it has worked every time for me! I hope that this helps & works for you
