Playing video in slideshow
Hi all,
I have embedded a video on a slide. When I double click the video, I see the playback options as automatically or click. If I choose automatically, the video will play as soon it it comes to the slide, and perhaps I can add a delay if I want the video to start after a specific time. On the other hand if I choose on click, then I have to hover the mouse over the video and then click. Therein lies my problem. I will be using a PowerPoint remote to change the slides and won't necessarily be near the computer to click the mouse. Therfore, I chose to run the video by inserting the play animation on click and it worked. But this landed me to one more problem. Let's say that the video is in #1. When I click the remote, it plays the video, and when I click again it goes to slide 2. However, when I go back to the previous slide it shows the video, and upon clicking the next slide on remote, hoping for the video to play, it instead goes to slide 2. For the video to play again, I have to click previous slide twice on remote when on slide 2, and then click next slide on remote. Is there a way to fix this? I am hoping that somebody here will have a solution. Hope to hear from you soon. Best Regards, Vishwa |
