Tips for spot on repair of a Narration

My narration had a small error in it, and fortunately I had checked the box to Link the Sound Files to the Presentation.

Using "Sound Recorder", I was able to go back in and clean it up somewhat, but it was not perfect.

I could not narrow the fames in question any more than 131.66 to 132.91.



I tried Audacity, but it didn't help.

Are there any tricks or tips anyone might share on precision editing of a narration?
