Default Power Point for Filling Out Forms

Hello everyone

I am attempting to create a PP that instructs my staff how to fill out specific forms correctly. I would like to it to show the entire form, then zoom to one section, then add words to that section, and so on.

The original form is on excel although I also have a PDF version of it as well, however I am not understanding how totransfer that form to the PP without it looking all messed up.

Any advice would be great.

Thanks

Pat
