Angry Opening PPT without a blank slide

When we open powerpoint it opens a blank presentation by default. I have one of those Users who wants it to just open with the program opening and no blank ppt presentation opening by default, as apparently it's very time consuming to take 5 seconds each time and close this blank presentation.

Any way to force it to stop opening this default blank.ppt? I can't find an option.

Thanks.
