Auto play .ppt file from USB with selection
Hi ..
What I am trying to achieve is a automated script or alike to launch power point viewer on insert of USB drive.. I have several tv's connected to pc's in my venue , that customers regularly use with power point presentations .. I want to simplify the process of launching the .ppt file on the insert of their memory stick to my pc . Should they have a few .ppt or .pptx files on the stick , I wanted it to prompt for which file to load . Therefore the script would need to search the removable storage for such power point files and launch a menu displaying the available files to play. ( I want to use a touch screen , no keyboard, mouse ) Is there such a utility or does anyone know of a script I could customize and use ... Many thanks ... Anthony ... |

I have used udos code and it works well but you do have to have the program on the USB. I haven't used this but maybe it would be useful
