Create automated PowerPoint for reception area
We want to create an automated PowerPoint show for our reception area. We want a standard presentation that contains our marketing messages but we also want a slide that welcomes named visitors. The visitor slides needs to be interspersed with the other slides so that visitors do not have to wait 5 mins to see their name appear. Is there a way of doing this so that we do not have to go through and change the visitor's name in several locations.
Can we for instance have one slide that contains visitors names and then automate the presentation somehow so that the visitor slide appears at various points within the other presentation. Or can we change the vistors names in one place and then have their name replicate at various places in the presentation. Any help appreciated. |

A few simple solutions ... ?
- If it concerns 1 visitor name at a time, you could use the "Replace All" function. - If you need to replace each time a list of visitors, you could work with a separate Slide Master just for those slides. That way you only need to change the names in the Slide Master. |
