Sound synchronization trouble

Hello all !!!!!
I am new here so, please be patient with me (and with my English too). Thank you !



So:
I design my first PowerPoint presentation.
All good until the music synchronization.
After I close the file, first time after I reopen it, the synchronization is lost. The music start few seconds later.
If I stop the show (but not close the file) when I try again the synchronization is OK.

Is there any way to fix that ?
