Post Fixing Fonts and Language

Greetings everyone,

I am using Microsoft Office 32-bit on my PC. My first problem is that although I set the language to English it keeps reverting back to Turkish, which is the language of the OS. Is there a remedy for this situation except changing the keyboard settings? Secondly, how can I set a font type and size to use in all slides?

Thank you
