Text Outline Ignorning Certain Words
Greetings everyone,
My dilemma lies with the outlining I've done on my Power Point text. First you need to understand the setup. The Power Point is for work, we use it as our "Community Channel" - the machine that runs Windows XP Professional and the Power Point is using Power Point Viewer 2007 & has MSOffice 2010 Professional installed. Why both? Because the machine can auto start Viewer into a continuous loop and it fires off after Media Player starts. Thus, music kicks on, endless looping power point full screen runs after that allowing for hands free starting. The presentation being used is created w/ MS Office 2010 University (I am a student) on my personal laptop which runs Windows 7 Home Premium. I save the file as a .pptx So here's the issue, the presentation is "perfect" on my computer. It looks exactly as it should. Both in edit mode and while playing in the viewer. When you watch it on the "Community Channel" computer (or any TV broadcasting it for that matter) various words are missing their white outline to the black font. Not every slide is effected, just certain slides w/ certain words. They don't change on each new pass, it's always the same ones. Thoughts of how to get around this? One thing to keep in mind, another guy modifies the presentation, but he's out of town so a brand new presentation was created (with all the aforementioned hardware/software) so I don't know what version of Power Point he has when he's updating things. My assumption is he has 2003. -Alex |
