If you create a single slide with the map and shapes then the shapes can be easily moved.

To get a jpg make sure you have a copy saved as a PowerPoint Slide for further work then File > Save As - In type choose jpeg

Default Newbie Question

Hi John

I do not have PowerPoint Slide as a save option. There are a lot of options, but that is not one. Is there another name it might be called?

thanks

Paul
