Problems converting PPT to movie
HI everyone,
I have created a PPtx presentation. The presentation includes audio that I recorded and added via the insert -> audio -> record audio function. I then created animations etc...and synced the audio, animation and slide changes using the Slide Show -> record slide show function. Each slide has one audio clip associated with it. When I watch the presentation in Powerpoint via Slide Show -> Play from Start, the presentation looks great and the audio syncs properly. However, my goal was/is to convert the video to a format I can post on, for example, youtube. So I go to File -> save as movie and the timings and audio get lost. I also tried converting a .pptx to .mov and .wmv using several converters. In each case, this happens: 1) the slides backgrounds, white in the current format, become black so that you can't read the black font on the slides 2) the audio doesn't work at all. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I'm currently doing the work in an OSX environment but I also have access to do it within PPT 2010 for Windows. Thanks for any suggestions. |
