Selective handouts
Hi
Although proficient in Word & Excel, I'm new to Powerpoint, so please excuse my ignorance! I've made a PP show (about computer security) which is 50 slides long. (Few words, nice simple graphics.) If I allow PP to create a handout - even at 3 slides per page - it's 16 pages. (With 25 students that's 400+ pieces of paper!) I don't need every slide on the handout. Maybe I'd like slides 4, 7, 8 on page 1; slides 11, 12, 19 on page 2 - etc. Can I have PP create the handout I want? Thanks in advance! |

There are several ways to acheive this:
1. Select the slides required with ctrl Click and in the print dialog choose Selection instead of all slides 2. mark the slides NOT wanted as "Hidden" in the dialog UNTICK print Hidden slides 3. In the print dialogue choose "Slides" insread of "All" and enter 4,7,8,etc |
