i have a presentation started and initially was creating a new master slide and there after inserting two to fifteen pictures that related to the slide. I have just over 100 slides in the presentaion, ordered new master slide, pictures,new master slide etc. Then i noticed the create a photo albumn feature. i created a photo albumn containing the 4 pictures that pertained to the first master slide. i thought this would just insert after the first master slide,rather it creates a new and seperate power point project title photo albumn. is there anyway to create a photo albumn(s) and insert the album between the master slides of a presentation? thanks larry

Photo album always creates a new presentation but you should be able to copy slides and paste into the master presentation

I am not trying to copy or insert individual pictures into a master presentation. i was hoping to be able to insert an actual album containg the individual photo's into the master presentation. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

You're misunderstanding, I was suggesting copying the Album SLIDES (in the thumbnails) and pasting the SLIDES into the master.

Yes,misunderstanding and not vey good at explaining myself,thanks for your patience. I have a presentation now at 100 slides and a lot more to add. The first slide is a product list, slides 2 to 6 are pictures of those products, then a product list then pictures. When i came across the photo album, i though i could stream line the presentaion. By having pictures 2 to 6 in a photo album. instead of having to browse through every product list and picture. one could simply open the photo album of the product they were interested in. so
product list 1
photo albumn pics of product 1
product list 2
photo albumn pics of product 2
etc.

Hopefully I'm not misunderstanding you!

So Insert a photo album choosing the 5 pictures of product 1

This will open a new presentation. In the left hand thumbnail view select all but the first title slide (hold down CTRL) then press CTRL C to copy

Go back to the master, in the thumbnail view there put the cursor after between slides 1 and 2 and press CTRL V

and still no luck.i can create a photo albumn of the product pictures,but have not been able to insert the photo album into the master presentation. i have tested several things; i can open two seperate power point presentaions and can copy and paste individual slides from one presentaion to the other,or visa versa. I would have thought you could do the same with a photo album.You have a saved photo album and that you want to insert in a presentaion... Perhaps this is just not available? larry
