Problem when opening 2003 PP in 2007

When I open a powerpoint that was made in the 1997-2003 version on my 2007, I get a problem that the paragraphs are all over the place as seen in this image. I need help fixing this.

Two possiblities

Do you have the font used on both PCs?
Does the 2007 PC have a default local printer driver

Crazy but the lack of it can cause this.
