Default Relative path for video link? Is it possible?

I made some years ago a training ppt incorporating some video file.

But, the folder containing all the needed files is on a shared resource, not available when I am out of my factory.
And it's really difficult to change the long paths of the files because the name is truncated, due to a little size of the list view and to the unresizable property of the windows.
Anybody has a solution ?

Thank in advance for your help...

Jean-Luc

In 2010 you should be able to embed the video and sidestep the problem

If you need to change the link though doesn't clicking the 'change source' button work??
