Using PowerPoint 2007, three textboxes were added to a slide. End-users input text into each textbox. However, when the user enters text the entire format changes causing manual fixes; resulting in wasted time. My questions are as follows: 1. Can the textboxes lock, therefore, the text enter will never change the format? 2. Is there a way to create a form in PowerPoint for text to be entered, rather using textboxes? NOTE: PowerPoint was chosen, because the slides are printed out available during meetings. I have imported the document into Acrobat to covert into a form, however, the appearance of the form changes. Is there another Microsoft software that can used to achieve the overall objective?
