Default Is it possible to create a "stand-on" explination

Hello!

I was wondering about the following -

Is it possible to create inside a slide on the PPT a feature where you pass your mouse on a picture/text/shape/etc. and it bumps an explanation/text?

What I mean is for this text to bump without pressing on the object, and to fade away while the mouse is no longer "on" the object.

I hope I was clear enough! thanks ahead for any answer!
