I have a problem that we need to print regularly large numbers of PPT copies. For confidentiality reasons, we have been asked to watermark each page with the name of the recipient. While it is feasible to do this manually for smaller recipient circles, some audiences have up to 60 members making it impossible to watermark ppts manually.



Is there by any chance a way or tool (either MS or other vendors) which provide this functionality - ideally not only for PPT but also for other docs such as Word and Excel?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

If you know a reasonable coder thay will be able to knock up an addin to do this is half an hour.

You would need to make a master with the Watermark on the slide Master and have the names in a textfile. The code should input each name in turn and print out the presentation.
