When I click on a hyperlink that is in the body of an email using either Outlook 2007 or 2010, I get multiple instances of Internet Explorer or multiple tabs in an already opened window of I.E. All these tabs and windows are trying to open the same URL. I have exhausted my knowledge and searched in multiple wordings , but all I ever get is the link to the mailto problem.
Anyone have an idea what is going on? Thanks, Terry |

This is not an Outlook Problem. This is considered operating system issue.
First check your Internet Options and clear out what is listed as your home Page. Another solution is making another browser your default browser. this will then force Firefox or Chrome to ope the link rather then IE. Best Regards, |
