Default Copying text from Word 2010 into Outlook

I have copied a document from Word 2010 with tabbed columns into Outlook which I have then emailed. It has copied perfectly into the email, however when it has been received some of the numbers in the tabbed columns have moved very slightly out of line. Is there a way of resolving this either in Word or Outlook.

Thanks
