Default Expired Certificate message in Outlook 2007

Whenever I am using Outlook I get a message saying that a certificate called "sites" has expired. I followed these instructions:
Quote:
View your certificates
  1. On the Tools menu, click Trust Center.
  2. Click E-mail Security.
  3. Under Encrypted e-mail, click Settings.
  4. Under Certificates and Algorithms, click Choose.
  5. Click the certificate you want, and then click View Certificate
but when I click on the Settings button there's no Certificates and Algorithms option.

I also checked in Internet Explorer and could not find any certificates.

I would appreciate some help with fixing this please.
