hi spidertech - none of that worked I'm afraid. i fear nothing short of a total format and reinstall will help me.
very frustrating. first ever issue i haven't found a solution to. forgot to mention i also ran outlook.exe -resetnavpane from the run window Last edited by crazymorton; 11-14-2011 at 03:58 PM. Reason: forgot something
