We as a company work with signatures in Outlook. These signatures contain the employees and company information, but sometimes also images and banners for example upcoming events and shows.

We need a lot of the mails we send on hardcopy to put in the files, but due to the signatures we mostly print 2 pages as not everything will fit on just 1 page. As the hardcopies are only for ourselves, we just need the text and not the signatures.

Is there an option that you only print the text from the sent mails, and not the signatures? As in this way we waste a lot of paper.
