Thank you for the assistance. I tried what the link suggested and my time was already set to Send/Receive every 1 minute, which is what I want because I get over 100 emails per day and I need to stay on top of them. The only problem is - my new emails only pop up when I click Send/Receive - even though it is set for every 1 minute. Very frustrating! Thanks again!
