Cannot Load Free/Busy Data?
So a few people in my office have been having this issue. When going into the scheduling assistant and entering a co-worker's name the bar is filled with diagonal stripes, and it tells me that no free/busy information could be retrieved. Why is this? We are using an exchange server, and I've personally set many of them up, some of which work and some of which do not. If anyone has any ideas why this might me, that would be awesome. Thanks

This is a common experience when the owner of the domain has not configured AutoDiscover. Normally, a CName would be created pointing to the Exchange service for AutoDiscover redirection.
Start by contacting your exchange service provider and ask them what the redirect address is. This is a requirement for Exchange 2010 and below is some additional reading: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/l.../bb124251.aspx Best Regards, |
