I don't remember changing any of my settings, but now every time I click on a link in an email in Outlook it takes me to a box called Locate Link Browser, where I'm supposed to enter a file name...what the heck?
Please answer in English -- I'm not a techie. dd |

This usually happens when you change your default browser to something beside IE.
Here is how to fix it: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windo...ks-in-outlook/ |

Dear How-to Geek,
I appreciate the suggestion , but wasn't able to make it work. I have Google Chrome as my default browser and don't particularly want to switch to Firefox or anything else. I managed to locate the first two registry keys mentioned, but then the next two were specific to Firefox. I looked for Chrome and found Chrome HTML, but there was no ddeexec key to delete. |
