Default blue-moon-travel error message

In the last few days, I get an error message whenever I click on a link in Outlook, using either Firefox or IE9. It says
>> General failure. The URL was: "http://blue-moon-ravel.ro/cache/index.html." An error occurred in sending the command to the application.<<

It does not prevent the website opening.
How do I avoid this?
