How to send an email to all contacts I ever send an email to?

I am working with an attglobal.net email account and I want to use another, new, account. Now I want to send an email to all the contacts I have send an email to in the past, but I never saved anyone to contacts. However,
when I type, for example, an "a" it suggests all the contacts I've send emails to. How do I send an email to all the contacts I ever send an email to?
