cannot view meetings and calendars sent from windows 7

I am having a problem receiving new meetings invites from one of my co-worker's computer. I am using a mac at work with Outlook 2011 and i can receive meetings invites from anyone using a Windows PC except of one of my co-workers which is also using a Windows PC Outlook 2010.

Please i need help on this, this is driving me crazy.
