Default Outlook, 5 day appointments and communicator presence

Running Exchange 2007 sp3 RU3 and Communicator 2007 R2.
If you do an appointment (not a meeting) over lets say 5 days. Start Monday at 8 am till Friday at 5 pm and mark as Out of the Office, your presence in Communicator stays as Available.
All other Presences seems to work fine.
Can anyone else test this and see if they have the same results? Or point me to more info about it?
Thanks
Doug
