Impoirting emaUL ADDRES

I have an Access database containing data on many people and I wish to import the email addressess Outlook.



How can i do this - I do not fancy spendinmg many hours typing them in by hand

I must apologise for the terrible state of the original post. I sent it from my mobile phone whilst travelling. Obviously I need the bigger screen and a spell checker.
