I have a small office, 5 computers, with router running office 2010. I want to share outlook calendars. Is exchange the only way to do this?

Kunta,
One thing you can do is check into Hosted Exchange packages - they are usually on the order of $30-$50 a month. I like Intermedia.net, because you get a free copy of Outlook with each mailbox. You could also get by without Exchange altogether. See http://slipstick.com/outlook/sharing...-the-internet/. Hope this helps! You can share you Outlook calendars or contacts without Exchange. Just download sharecalendar.msi or sharefolders.msi for free from this web site: http://www.unitedteam1.com
Install it on every PC from which you want to share. After installing on each computer you can begin sharing calendar or contacts clicking on "Share Folders" button in Outlook toolbar. More info here: http://www.unitedteam1.com/help/help...ders/help.html |
