You can share you Outlook calendars or contacts without Exchange. Just download sharecalendar.msi or sharefolders.msi for free from this web site: http://www.unitedteam1.com
Install it on every PC from which you want to share. After installing on each computer you can begin sharing calendar or contacts clicking on "Share Folders" button in Outlook toolbar. More info here: http://www.unitedteam1.com/help/help...ders/help.html
