How to determine a user's mailbox size limit?
Hi, anyone know an easy to check the size limit on any given user's Outlook 2003 mailbox? I am a desktop support tech and frequently need this information.
I don't want to have to wait until the user exceeds their limit to know what it is. I've tried emailing our Exchange admins but I get no replies from them. Thanks! |

You can also right-click on Outlook today, scroll to properties, click on
Folder size. It will show you not only the mailbox size but the size of each folder including Calendar, mail folders, journal, etc. |

Determining Mailbox Size Outlook 2003
enviroko,
If you are the tech for this company, you may not have login credentials for every mailbox. If the company happens to use Microsoft Exchange server, then you can use Exchange Analytics to view Outlook 2003 mailboxes. Hope this is also helpful to you. Masta7Mail |

I wanted the mailbox size limit, not the current size but I have no access to the Exchange server.
