Default Determining Mailbox Size Outlook 2003

enviroko,

If you are the tech for this company, you may not have login credentials for every mailbox.

If the company happens to use Microsoft Exchange server, then you can use Exchange Analytics to view Outlook 2003 mailboxes.

Hope this is also helpful to you.
