![]() I should start by saying I'm using Outlook 07. When creating a new message in Outlook after you start typing letters in the To: field it will auto populate frequent contacts. This list has become quite large over the years and there a few names I do not want to appear anymore. Is there a way to delete these? I know in Outlook 10 there is an "x" next to the name to remove them from auto populating but this is not the case in 07. Any ideas? |

For Outlook 2010
1. Within Outlook, click on the File menu. 2. Click on Options. 3. Click on Mail on the left. 4. Scroll down to the Send Messages section. 5. Click on the Empty Auto-Complete List button. 6. A box will appear asking if you're sure you want to clear the Auto-Complete List. Click Yes. |
