Outlook using wrong return address

Hello,

About 2 weeks ago my e-mail started being sent with a different e-mail than what I have in my return address.

I use my ISP as my outgoing smtp and I use an alternate email account as my pop.

I did nothing to my settings, e-mail just started getting tagged with the ISP e-mail instead of the return address e-mail.

I have looked for solutions and I have come up empty.

Anyone have any ideas?

1. On the Tools menu, click Account Settings.
2. Find your account.
3. Click More Settings.
4. On the General tab, under Other User Information, specify an e-mail address in the Reply e-mail address box.

I have that set already, now all of a sudden it is ignoring the return e-mail address.

Would the header from the test e-mail I sent from outlook help?
