Default Outlook 2007 email printing issue

I have a user who when trying to print multiple page emails from Outlook, no matter what how she selects the print information, only gets page 1. I have tried to repair office, change the default printer, disable com add-ins, reinstall printer with most current printer drivers but none of these things has resolved the issue. She is running Windows XP Pro SP3 with Office 2007 Pro. Does anyone have any ideas as to what the issue may be or how to resolve it?

Thank you

Based off the information found at Microsoft, this appears to be normal behavior.

Below are some links that discuses printing using Outlook 2007.

Default RE: Outlook 2007 Printing Issue

Thank you for your reply. I guess I should have been more specific. This user WANTS to print the entire email but only gets page one. The only way right now that she can print an entire email is to click forward, then select all, copy and paste into Word. This is really a pain and quite disturbing for this very busy executive.

Thanks,

Lia

Sadly, outlook 2007 uses the outlook printer for all formats if a repair did not correct the issue a reinstall may be in order. Also messages can be viewed in a browser and printed from there but you won't get the message header.

Open the message, look on the Actions chunk of the ribbon - you'll see
Delete, Move to folder, Create rule and Other Actions. Click on Other
Actions to expand the menu. View in browser is on the menu.
