Default Edit Multiple Emails' User-Defined Field

Hi all,

All my web searches for edit user-defined fields fall under Contacts rather than my inbox, so I was hoping someone here could help.

I created a field for an inbox subfolder called 'Market.' I have 25 pre-determined markets (cities) that I am wanting to catalog and sort by. I know nothing about macros, so that option isn't looking good. I enabled edit fields, so I'm able to type my text, but it only applies to the one email I'm cataloging, despite having multiple emails highlighted.

Any ideas?

Best,
Ryan
