Please clarify, is there a way we can prompt any warning alerts or pop up window when a user clicks on the send button after composing his/her mail. I want to create the warning alert/Pop up window in'order to avoid users sharing sensitive clients documents to his/her personal email id's in our organization. The warning alert/pop up window should prompt "Please don't share sensitive documents to your personal e-mail id". Please guide/suggest is there a plugin or addins available for this. If there is no way to create a alert/Pop up window, suggest me is there an option to prompt any message window while the user hits the compose button. Waiting for your guidance.
