Default How to Turn On Link in Email

Hi - I received an email with a link which is being blocked by Microsoft Office for security reasons. I know the link is legitimate and need to unblock it.

A message from MS office says, "links have been turned off in this message. Click on Infobar for option to turn on links in message."

What and where is the "infobar" and where is the option to turn on links?

Once again, I have solved my own problem before a reply was provided. I went on to the email again and a gold or yellow bar appeared. It's hard to believe I did not see it before which leads me to believe it was not there. This was the "infobar" and easily provided an option to "turn on the link."
