Default "To" field in Outlook 2007

Because there is more than 1 Outlook user in this house but only 1 Outlook account, how do I display the "To" field?

For your question to be answered correctly, your going to need to provide more information. When composing any message the 'to" field or recipeints field is always visible.

Thumbs up

Thanks SpiderTech
I'm referring to emails received in the Inbox. There are 4 users in this house, each with his/her own email address. However, when a new email arrives, there is no indication of whom it was sent to, so I need the "To" field to be displayed in the Inbox.

Rufous Doors,

When you select your inbox, right-click your sort by ribbon. This will be the ribbon displaying the Subject, Size, and From fields. Right-clicking this section should have the option to sort by "To". Each received message will show in the list organized by to whom it was sent to.

Another option would be to create rules redirecting each incoming messages to a specific folder. Each inbound message can be set up using an alert or indicator on the folder.

Hope this Helps,
