Bes tRegards,
Actually just visually marking (such as coloring, bold formatting) them would be enough. The aim is to quickly distinguish among couple of hundreds addresses which of them belong to my domain.

One way would be via VBA:
- that will export To field to CSV file,
- import it into excel,
- mark it using conditional formatting,
- sort it by color and present it to user.

I wonder if there si shorter quicker, solution within Outlook 2010.

Using rules, it would be possible to filter an inbound email using the domain of an address, apply to category, move it to a specific folder.

When setting up this type of rule, be aware you are limited to specific words that will be found in the address field of a message. In this case your domain friend@yourdomain.com.

- When Message arrives > with specific words in the senders address > Assign it to a category > Move it to specific folder.

This method should help you organize mass emails better.

Creating rules.
