Can I somehow segment my Outlook contacts list? What I want to do is assign contacts to groups like "Family", "Friends", (Job Search" etc so that when I do a mail merge letter I'm not scrolling through a thousand contacts. Also, can I select only certain contacts for a mail merge? ie. If I want to creat letters to three of 25 potential employers, how do I do that.
Thanks in advance for the help. |

You can create additional address books to separate your contacts in.
