Default Macro for sending mail and opening the sent mail afterwards

Hi,

I need help creating a function in outlook which does like this

1. Send email (ALT+S Keystroke)

2. Select sent items folder (CTRL+Y > S > ENTER)

3. Choose latest sent item (Home)

4. Open email (Enter)

5. Forward Email (CTRL + F)

6. Go to subject field (4x TAB)

7. Mark all txt (CTRL+A)

8. Copy txt to clipboard (CTRL + C)'

This will save me a lot of pain click around in outlook everytime I send a email and need to store it elsewere.

Many thx

Rumlegok
