It appears that my custom views created for email account PSTs (e.g. Gmail IMAP) and made available to all ("can be used for all mail and post folders" can only be accessed from another email account PST (e.g. an organization email IMAP).
I have some PSTs that I created for archiving emails. These PSTs have mail folders as well. The custom views in the email account PSTs cannot be accessed from these self created PSTs, and vice versa. Some of my custom views have rather long conditional formatting configs. It makes sense to apply them to the corresponding archive PST on top of the email account PST. It does not appear that there is an easy way to copy and paste those conditional formatting settings. =( Any suggestions on how I can do that? I'm using Outlook 2010. Thanks! Regards, Jay |
