Outlook 2007 or 2010 do have message delaying features.
When you are composing an Email, along the ribbon in Outlook 201 you should have an option to enable Delivery Delay. In Outlook 2007

Emails during business hours ONLY.
Naturally, I appreciate your trying to help me, but your suggestions just involve delaying all emails for a particular amount of time, say 30 minutes.
What I am looking for is a way to delay the sending of ALL of my emails so that they are sent ONLY during 9AM and 4PM, business hours. Although I might compose emails outside of business hours, I want my Outlook to delay all of my emails, and only send them during business hours. Got any other ideas or sources for me to find my answer? |
