Question Outlook 2007/2010 - need a rule to approve /reject emails before actual sending

I need a rule in Outlook which could show me a msgbox "approve/reject" for every email being sent. Only after click on "approve" the particular email should be sent. How is this done?

Outlook doesn't do this on its own.

For something simple like this I suggest you code your own solution: http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?ID=40

Hope this helps!
